Nikki and Shane’s relationship hasn’t always been smooth sailing. In fact – it started out with Nikki not liking Shane at all! For years as teenagers, they swam at the same swimming club and as rivals – they never really saw eye to eye.
All that changed after a few years, and during their university days, a friendship developed and finally – something more!
When I caught up with Nikki and Shane last year, we chatted about their lives in the fitness world, and after I left Shane said to Nikki… “so… us guys – we really can spend the morning doing whatever we want?!” “Of course!” Nikki told him. “Well, I think we’d like to go to the gym!”
It was the perfect start to the wedding morning for Shane the fitness guru and his mates, while the girls took a more leisurely approach.
Their ceremony was conducted by Nikki’s very close family friend, VJ – making it even more special.
Nikki and Shane – it has been a pleasure getting to know you. After hearing a bit of the ups and downs you guys have been through as a couple – We are so honoured to have be part of your happily ever after.
