About a week before Richard and Lisa were due to be married, I picked up a call asking if we somehow happened to be free the following week. It turned out I was, so I headed down to Taupo to tell their little story!

And what I loved about their day was just how down to earth and genuine everything was. From the reason they choose Oreti Valley Resort, to including their son Ted and the poetic words they spoke and shared, this was truly a reflection of who they were and how they wanted to express their love for each other. No over-the-top fanfare or artificial hype. Just real people sharing a real love.

Because of the late call-up, I didn’t have Pete helping me out for this one. So it was my first solo wedding in about 6 years!! But it worked out pretty well and actually love the final film that came from it!!
