Mudbrick Wedding

James and Yolanda flew from half a world away to celebrate their wedding at Mudbrick on Waiheke Island. The both got ready at the Mudbrick Lodge, meaning they got to cruise through their morning. They opted to take most of their photos before the ceremony, so after a super cute first look (with all the smiles and a few tears!) we headed off to the beach to get some of those classic Waiheke views.
Their ceremony was officiated by the awesome Lee Weir (and if you haven’t seen him in action yet – you should check him out at Brad and Deb’s wedding!) who managed to nail the perfect mix of humour and sincerity. This guy is gold!
After spending some time chilling with their guests, we snuck off up the hill for some of that magic golden light and were treated to epic skies in all directions. And then it was party time! You’ll see more than the usual number of dancefloor photos in this blog post – and that’s because their guests rocked the dancefloor. There were so many stars I couldn’t choose 😉
