Why perspectives for your indian wedding?
We have over ten years experience photographing and filming a wide variety of Indian Weddings and we feel right at home. We know that families have often played a large role in the planning of your wedding, and we want to do justice to the traditions and customs that play such a large part of your day. But more than that – we want your wedding to be personalised and paint a genuine picture of your celebration. Just because you are following in the footsteps of tradition – doesn’t mean you can’t put your own unique stamp on your wedding. We capture the little moments and the big ones. From the Mehendi and the Haldi events through to the reception – we love telling the whole story. We know the structure of an Indian Wedding and can be in the right place at the right time. We know when to take a step back, and when to get right in there with all the chaos and fun. Our photos and films feel intimate and personal and we want your personalities to shine through it all.

Before it all begins.
haldi, sangeet, mehendi
We love getting to know everyone right when the events are kicking off. We get an insight into the personalities of your family and friends and get to capture everyone coming together. Your friends and family get used to having us around and by day three of your wedding – we are part of the family.
Getting ready
It’s a time when those closest to you gather around and you get ready to become a husband or a wife! The nerves start to build, details that have been thought about for months finally come together and it’s a chance on your wedding day to just be yourself.
your wedding ceremony
We have captured Hindu, Sikh, Parsi, Gujarati and Islamic wedding ceremonies. We will always run through your wedding ceremony with you to make sure we know all the key moments that are happening.
We’ll capture the formal family photos afterwards, but also the less formal blessings and congratulations – the photos that will make you smile for years to come.
creative photoshoot
One of the wonderful aspects of having us cover your entire event is that we are able to sneak in a few moments for some creative location photos. Sometimes this is just a few minutes during a dinner break, and often this is on the morning or evening of other events. You can even dedicate a separate day to heading out to a great location and making the most of your wedding attire.
We work with your wedding schedule and ideas and then hunt out some amazing spots for you – it’s all taken care of.
INDIAN WEDDING RECEPTION – THE PARTY!
We pride ourselves on being lighting geeks and this is a part of the day where we get to shine. Indoor lighting can be tricky and it’s important to capture the mood and atmosphere you have worked so hard to create. We have a range of tricks up our sleeve so we can create epic images at this important time of your day. Speeches, performances and an epic dance floor – we will capture it all.
Pricing and packages
All our packages start with one of our standard photo or cinema options. This is for your “main day” and is usually just whichever is the longest coverage. For any pre or post wedding events you can add coverage of these at an hourly rate. This is $400/hr for photography and $300/hr for videography.
For photography – this is all the adding you need to do. The coverage you have chosen will include the high resolution edited photos which will be delivered to you in an online gallery.
For videography – you will receive a 3-5min film which includes all the highlights from across all your events.
At this point you can choose if you’d like to add on any extra films, i.e. your speeches at the reception can be edited into a separate film, as can your ceremony and first dance. You can also choose to upgrade to a longer 8-10 min highlights film.
