Gracehill Kumeu wedding photos

Zac & Nadine had a small, intimate wedding at Gracehill in Kumeu, on a Monday morning.
That meant a nice early start – just after 8am they met on Muriwai beach & saw one another for the first time. It’s a beach we shoot at regularly – but always in the afternoon… it was interesting working with the light coming from the opposite direction to what I was used to!
After a few photos on the beach with their bridal party, we headed to a cool swishy field for a few more shots prior to the ceremony getting underway.
Once their lunch reception had wrapped up, I met up with them later in the evening for a sunset shoot at Muriwai. We had the best possible light – perfect golden backlight when we needed it, and then just enough clouds to provide us with a dramatic sunset!
