Catherine and Teehan are the perfect team. They met when Catherine was Teehan’s netball umpire and have been pretty inseparable ever since. Teehan got down on one knee and proposed at Tapu beach – so a beach wedding was the perfect continuation of their story.

In their own words – Teehan told us “Catherine goes out of her way to try and make my day easier. She knows how to cheer me up when I’m feeling down. She is an amazing mother and does everything around the house”. Catherine said “I love his smile and how he can always make me laugh. He is an amazing father to our son and will put up with me watching Shortland Street to make me happy”.

The show was almost stolen by their super cute son executing an impressive face plant mid aisle walk – but he made a graceful recovery and carried on all smiles.

We raced down to the beach for some bridal party photos – those cliffs never fail to impress! But the absolute highlight was sunset. We managed to get the perfect timing and took just a few minutes to enjoy the views.
