Allely Estate Wedding

Pearl and Anand make the perfect planning pair. They told us that Pearl is a details person (but can sometimes get a bit caught up in the little things) whereas Anand is a ‘big picture’ and logical kind of guy. Talk about the dream team when it comes to organising a wedding. It certainly paid off and not only did their guests have a blast – but everything looked amazing.
Pearl and Anand got married at the end of October at the beautiful Allely Estate in Kumeu. In the lead up to the wedding I had been keeping an eye out for all things spring, but as the peak blossoms faded at the end of September I had almost given up hope of finding some spring blossoms. Enter… Pear blossoms! This amazing orchard that you’ll see feature below was tucked away on a working farm (and guarded by the world’s scariest dog!) but permission was sought (and granted) and everything fell into place.
Anand’s morning started with blessings from his family, while I met up with Pearl at Allely Estate for a few bridal portraits before she made her entrance. Towards the end of the day – we snuck away for a few sunset portraits and were gifted with some epic golden light. What an end to the day!
